For our client, an international provider of cleanroom solutions and laundry services for regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food production, we are looking for a Team Lead Quality Assurance Benelux (gn). Based on-site in Eindhoven, the position takes direct responsibility for Quality Assurance at the local facility while also providing disciplinary leadership to one team member based at the Belgian site in Puurs. Previous disciplinary leadership experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity to develop into a formal leadership role.
Team Lead Quality Assurance Benelux (gn)
Your responsibilities:
Quality Assurance responsibility for Eindhoven: You take direct ownership of product and process quality at the Eindhoven site, maintain and continuously improve the integrated quality management system and ensure that defined standards are consistently applied
Audit and non-conformity management: Internal, external, supplier and customer audits are coordinated and conducted by you, including the documentation and structured follow-up of non-conformities and corrective actions
Validation, qualification and change control: You ensure the correct implementation of validations and qualifications in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments and coordinate change-control processes and related process changes
CAPA, quality agreements and supplier management: Responsibility includes monitoring local CAPA and QA processes, preparing and reviewing quality agreements with customers and suppliers and managing the supplier quality process
People leadership and Benelux collaboration: You take on disciplinary responsibility for one employee based at the Puurs site, support their professional development and ensure close alignment between the Quality Assurance activities in the Netherlands and Belgium
Your profile:
At least five years of relevant professional experience in Quality Assurance or quality management; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or a comparable professional qualification is welcome but not essential
Genuine responsibility for quality systems with practical experience in developing, maintaining and continuously improving an integrated quality management system as well as strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; knowledge of ISO 50001 is an advantage
Experience within a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices or food production, ideally involving GMP requirements, as well as a sound understanding of hygiene and cleanroom processes
Strong audit and process expertise with practical experience in customer, supplier, internal or external audits, CAPA, non-conformity management, change control and ideally validation or qualification
Fluent Dutch and English as well as an assertive and analytical approach; experience in technical leadership, project coordination or guiding colleagues is an advantage. Regular on-site presence in Eindhoven and travel to Puurs approximately once or twice per month are required
