Account Manager (m/f/d) - Sales

For our client, a dynamic and innovative company in the field of construction software, we are looking for a result oriented and sympathetic Account Manager (m/f/d) - Sales with a strong technical understanding and the ability to multi-task.


Key Responsibilities:

You work out an annual organizational plan for sales and local marketing activities in your region and undertake the necessary actions to realize the plan (eventually with help of other sales colleagues and departments)

You are responsible for prospecting and following up all incoming leads to find new opportunities for extra software licenses and/or services in order to develop business

You will act as an ambassador of the company; in this role you are responsible to maintain a long term relationship with your assigned clients

You identify new sales opportunities (up-selling and cross-selling) at existing accounts in your market segment

You hold convincing technical sales presentations to technical directors and/or (depending to experience) high-level executives

Key Qualifications:

You have successfully passed your studies in (preferably) Civil Engineering; alternatively you have a comparable qualification

You have multiple years (3+) of relevant job experience as an Account Manager or as a Site Manager from civil engineering, structural design, statics or building construction with passion for sales

Your outstanding presentation skills set you apart; this means you are able to speak clearly and confidently and to give sales presentations to executive levels

You have accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for details

Your passion for new customer acquisition distinguishes you

You are adept at working with Microsoft products (Word, XLS, PPT)

You have very good German language skills and are fluent in English (especially in written English)
